Fitbit Watch Sense

The Fitbit Watch | Fitbit Sense Honest Review 2021

The Fitbit watch (Sense) is a trendy smartwatch that borrows some of the Apple Watch’s aesthetic cues, but it’s much smaller and has fewer controls, like a crown. Except for a groove on the left for navigating, the Sense has no buttons. Despite the groove’s Fitbit-ness, it went against the body’s natural instinct to wear a watch. However, it’s effective, although requiring a little more pressure than pressing a standard button would.

Starp and The Battery:

Starp and The Battery

The Sense has a rubber strap, so you’ll need to pick yourself a few more fabric ones for special events as time goes on. It’ll run out of battery if you don’t use the charger that comes with the watch. The heart rate sensor can be seen in red and green lights on the back of the look, and when you take it off, it looks like a Christmas ornament on a table. Fortunately, the battery life isn’t shortened as a result of this.

Fitbit watch is trying to set itself apart from the competition by offering a wide range of health-related features that are difficult to find all in one place. Sense is more appropriately classified as a health monitor than a smartwatch, so it’s so loaded with features.

Digital Features:

Digital Features of Fitbit Watch

Answering calls and showing alerts are both possible with this device. Music and alarms may also be controlled using it. Many watch faces are available for the Fitbit watch app. As Google now owns Fitbit watch app, one of the newest improvements is Google Assistant integration. This will work as long as you have the Google Assistant app open on your phone.

As a result of the Assistant, you can now ask Google anything and get a response on your wrist as soon as it’s returned. You must click the groove on the home screen and choose Assistant each time you wish to utilise Assistant for a different query. There’s no way to use voice instructions in this environment, either.

Fitness Functioning:

Fitness Functioning

The Sense performs regular fitness counts as accurately as a Fitbit watch should, and it does so admirably. But the thing I like best about Fitbit watch is how it shows you how many minutes you spent in a specific zone, in this case, the fat-burning area. Many of us walk or exercise, but we don’t push ourselves hard enough to enter this zone, so it’s critical to give ourselves an extra push. Excessive modes are goal-based, and most exercises are mapped. However, there was no discussion of yoga or meditation, which should have been included.

Body Cycles and Sleep Auditing Features:

Sleep Tracking

The data on sleep is quite good, showing various sleep stages. With a premium account, you can rank your best nights of the week. Also, I appreciated the information on restless minutes. There’s more to it than that. If you wear the Sense to bed at night, it will take your skin temperature regularly.

Additionally, it scans your blood oxygen levels in the background, and you can initiate the ECG app from there as well. To see if you’re under stress, the EDA scan uses electrodermal activity to check your body.

Review:

One of the nicest things about the Fitbit Sense is how long it can last between charges. Battery life of six days is amazing for a smartwatch with so many features. With this, you only have to charge the gadget once a week, which means you may keep on making and receiving phone calls, as well as collecting health data while you sleep.

If you’re a Fitbit watch premium user, the app has all the information you need. In addition to adding new watch faces, the app allows you to customize what you see. However, retrieving the data takes a few minutes in the morning and should be done more frequently and automatically.

The Fitbit Sense is the topmost smartwatch on the market right now because of its comprehensive feature set. Being an extremely powerful wristwatch that’s not scary at all, it’s particularly relevant in today’s health-conscious era. You should also remember that it’s far cheaper than the Apple Watch.
